Shark Cage Diving
GREAT WHITE SHARKS / TOWN OF HERMANUS
Non-swimmers welcome/No diving equipment needed/Wetsuit will be provided
This unique experience requires an early morning departure to Gansbaai for a close-up encounter with these extraordinary predators. Observe great white sharks, bronze whalers, seals, birdlife, and whales in season.
On arrival in Gansbaai, you'll be served a light breakfast. After a short briefing and safety check, you'll board the boat and head to world-famous Shark Alley. For shark viewing, you will enter the cage which is attached to the boat.
On average, you'll spend about 2/3hrs on the boat. On your return, you can enjoy a light meal and watch recordings of your experience.
On our journey back to Cape Town, we stop in the very popular whale town of Hermanus. You can stroll this beautiful town and its amazing little coastline and possibly see whales in season. You may even opt to do a wine tasting at one of Hermanus' award-winning wine farms.
If time allows, we return via spectacular Clarence Drive and catch an amazing sunset over the Atlantic Ocean.

Bookings, Cancellations and Refunds Policy
The provision of services by Krotoa Travel and Tour is subject to availability. We advise you to book 24 – 48 hours in advance. Bookings can be made 7 days a week. Cancellation fees will be charged as follows: A cancellation fee of 100% may be charged if the service is cancelled 24 hours before the date of service, and a cancellation fee of 50% may be charged if the service is cancelled 48 hours before the date of service. Krotoa Travel and Tour will refund the client in full within 7 days, should the cancellation be received before the penalty time before the date of the service.
